Based on the award-winning play of the same name, the film follows Anabel, a virtual insurance broker who gives her heart to George, a man who seems devoid of feeling. As George starts to experience emotions, Anabel realizes she must reclaim her heart to survive.

With Love and a Major Organ premiered at SXSW 2023 and has won multiple awards, including Best Feature Film at the Reelworld Festival.
