Katie Bevan

Katie's passion for Downtown runs deep in her roots. Born and raised in North Bay she has always been a fan of Downtown and the unique character it holds.  In 2010 Katie opened up the FARM and most recently Main Supply Refillery and Goods. She wouldn't have her business located anywhere else! Katie has volunteered on the DIA for the past 10 years. For the past 4 years as a board member, she's dedicated to grant writing and strengthening community partnerships in order to create a healthy and welcoming Downtown.

Rae Brenne

I have proudly served two full terms on the DIA Board of Directors and hope to serve another 4 years on our board. I look forward to continuing to work on the growth and development of our Downtown and enhancing the vibrancy of the area to attract more tourists, businesses and patrons to the Downtown core. I have owned a business Downtown for 13+ years and am passionate about supporting locally owned and operated businesses and doing what I can to advocate for my neighbors to watch them flourish and thrive!

Allyson Bursey

I’m a new retailer downtown, however, I am not new to the downtown area.  I have spent most of my retail career working in the downtown core and have recently opened my own jewellery and accessories boutique.

‘Abode’ is located within London Underground and I am very happy and excited about the positive feedback so far.

I am looking forward to working with the downtown business owners on many new and exciting ventures for our downtown.

Dayna Greco

My name is Dayna Greco. I have been the owner of London Underground since 2014.  I have loved being a part of our downtown core as a business owner and also as a member of the DIA board for the past 3 years. I believe the downtown of North Bay has so much potential and I hope to be elected to continue shape the area in which we all work and live.

Ryan Ivy

I am the owner and operator of Lou Dawg's Southern BBQ and a resident of downtown.  Aside from being a restaurant, Lou Dawg's supports the local arts scene and other local grassroots charities through its diverse programming. Previously, I had owned a business in Windsor's downtown core and volunteered my time in their respective version of the DIA at various points during my tenure there. I wish to join the DIA to further my personal service and advocacy to the downtown community within the lens of inclusion and collaboration.

My name is Raymond Ladouceur.

I have had my own optical business in North Bay since 1996; I first started in the Zellers store. I then opened Eyes on Main Optical in 2012.
I have been working in the downtown of North Bay for the last ten years. I have noticed the decline of our main street over the past ten years.
My priority is to focus on the improvement of the downtown core. I have many years of business experience, and I plan to focus on helping the small business sector.
Thank you for your consideration.

Michelle Trudeau

I am the current chair of Downtown North Bay & Waterfront Board of Directors. I have more work I would like to do for my Downtown Community and it's members. I would like to continue to volunteer to be a board member and advocate for this business area. I work hard and try to lead by example, and I am very interested in making sure our office can deliver value-added services and a voice that is heard through the Boards representation of Downtown. We are positioned well geographically for future growth and development, and a multi-levelled thriving Downtown, that continues to offer many business services that include professional, retail, service, entertainment and leisure and residential is the goal. I will continue to make safety a priority, and foster the relationships and partnerships that will make our safety plan stronger. I love the Downtown, and I have committed 37 years to its success. I would like it to be the place where everyone wants to be.
