The Growth Community Improvement Plan (GCIP) is a City-funded incentive program that is designed to stimulate private-sector investment in the Downtown. The goal of the GCIP is to improve the attractiveness of the Downtown by encouraging sustainable businesses and residential projects.

The Community Improvement Plan offers financial assistance for feasibility studies, facade/signage improvements and the revitalization/redevelopment of buildings.
