SQUARE FOOT SHOW: 100 YEARS, 100 PERSPECTIVES
To celebrate North Bay’s 100th anniversary, the WKP Kennedy Gallery proudly presents 100 Years, 100 Perspectives, a unique exhibition featuring 100 artists capturing the essence of the city.
Each artist will create a square foot artwork inspired by their favourite places, people, or things that reflect North Bay’s vibrant history and culture. To ensure accessibility for all, the gallery will provide free 12”x12” canvases, inviting artists of all ages and skill levels to participate.
This inclusive exhibition offers a creative platform for the entire community to share their personal perspectives, uniting in a collective tribute to North Bay’s centennial celebration.

WKP CURATORIAL MENTORSHIP: SOLO EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITY:
Calling all emerging artists without prior solo-exhibition experience! We invite you to submit proposals for your inaugural solo exhibition.
This coveted opportunity offers the selected recipient the chance to have their artwork featured in Gallery I from September 12th to October 25th, 2025. Our aim is to nurture and support budding talent by providing mentorship and guidance in the months leading up to the exhibition. We'll work closely with the chosen artist to develop and refine their body of work, ensuring it is cohesive and impactful for our community audience.

FRANCO CONTEMPORAIN: SOLO EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITY:
WKP x Bravo Centre are seeking francophone contemporary artists within the Northern Ontario region! All mediums are welcome to apply! The recipient chosen will have their body of work showcased in Gallery II throughout November 14th- December 20th, 2025.
Deadline to apply is August 26th, 2025. The recipient will be notified by September 16th, 2025.

DECK THE WALLS: ANNUAL HOLIDAY ART SALE :
The WKP is inviting all artists to submit 1-3 artworks during our intake period from November 4th to 8th (12-4pm). No application required, simply drop your artwork off at the WKP Kennedy Gallery between November 4th-8th, 2025. Rest assured, each participating artist is guaranteed to have at least one piece showcased in our exhibition, with the possibility of all three being displayed, depending on space availability. The art sale will be on view November 15th and will run until December 20th, 2024.
