The Downtown Improvement Area (DIA), operating as Downtown North Bay & Waterfront, is pleased to announce its incoming Board of Management for the 2026–2030 term.
Following a call for nominations in August 2026, seven eligible candidates submitted nominations for the seven available Board positions. As the number of candidates matched the number of vacancies, all seven candidates were acclaimed to the Board.

Alternate to the Board of Management: Shannon Unger
Online voting for the alternate position took place from October 19 to 26, 2026, resulting in Shannon Unger’s election.
The new Board will begin meeting in the new year, continuing its work to support downtown businesses, strengthen the district, and contribute to the vitality of Downtown North Bay & Waterfront.
