Parking

Parking Downtown is managed by the City of North Bay Parking Department, Downtown North Bay does not look after inquiries regarding tickets or parking passes.

When you visit Downtown, the first hour of on-street parking is FREE with receipt in pay and display zones within the boundaries of Downtown North Bay.

To get the 1 hour FREE, grab a stub from a pay and display machine and display on your dash!

NOTE: Free parking is NOT available through the passport app.

If parking before 4:30 you will have to display a ticket on your dash.

When you visit after 4:30pm or on weekends, parking is FREE, and no ticket is required.

Keep in mind that there are still 2 hour free lots, the parking garage on McIntyre, and Lot 2 on Oak Street.

Download the Passport Parking Canada app to park and pay easily through your cell phone; you can have more than one vehicle licence plate saved in your profile, and even add time through the app when needed. In the app store, search Passport Parking Canada, or click on the red app logo below.
