In Gallery II, we’re hosting the annual juried exhibition in partnership with the Northern Ontario Art Association.
This show always highlights the depth of talent across the North. The Northern Ontario Art Association represents sixteen art clubs and around 400 artists, so it’s a huge and diverse snapshot of what’s happening in our region.
There’s always a bit of excitement when the crates arrive and we get to see what’s been selected for the Juried panel. A big thank you to North Bay Art Association members: Beth Jackson, Marc Buchanan, and Susan Wesenhagen for helping with the unpacking and organization of the create delivery.
And congratulations to the North Bay artists featured in this year’s exhibition. Be sure to stop into the gallery to view the works from the following North Bay artists:
Dianne Allen, Joyce Effinger, Susan Fitzer, Mélanie Courchesne, Janet Bourgeau, Lorie Shore, and Denise Ribson.
Special congratulations to Denise Ribson, who received the Susan Zabel Mancantelli Memorial Award for Best Use of Colour.
