CMHA: Mental Health Week

until Friday May 08 11:55 PM @ Various locations

First introduced in 1951, Mental Health Week is an annual social change campaign to shift attitudes and perceptions about mental health. It helps promote behaviours and attitudes that foster well-being, support good mental health and create a culture of understanding and acceptance.

Every May, communities across Canada, including schools, clubs, and workplaces, celebrate around Mental Health Week.

This Mental Health Week, CMHA NBD is inviting you to connect with your community and yourself! Together, we can strengthen belonging, reduce isolation, and support well-being, because connection strengthens mental health.
